Ever since I picked up a Box Brownie camera I've been fascinated with photography. My dad had a collection of photos from his time in the Pacific during WWll in an old shoe box in the bottom of a closet, and I would spend hours pouring through them. Something about the capture of these fleeting moments touched me in a way I am to this day unable to adequately verbalize. My journey as a photographer is a quest to show that which is not possible for me to put into words.
